Resumo

Esse artigo pretende investigar a existência de características de Políticas Públicas de Cultura que dialoguem mais diretamente com os modos de produção cultural das cidades do interior do Estado de São Paulo. O recorte escolhido para referenciar o processo de pesquisa foi o Edital Território das Artes do Programa de Ação Cultural (ProAC). Na possibilidade de existirem as tais características, busca-se identificar quais são e de que forma as Políticas Públicas de Cultura influenciam e/ou são influenciadas por modos específicos de atuação no interior. Assim, a tentativa aqui é, mediante o processo de investigação e identificação, apontar diretrizes para novos desenhos de Políticas Públicas que favoreçam a criação, produção, difusão e circulação de bens culturais do interior do Estado de São
Paulo e também de todo o País.

Abstract

This article intends to investigate the existence of Culture’s Public Policies that dialogue more directly with the cultural production´s modes of the country cities of the State of São Paulo. The cut chosen to refer to the research process was the Program of Cultural Action´s (ProAC) Territory of Arts. In the possibility of having such characteristics, identify which are and in what way the Culture’s Public Policies influence and/or are influenced by specific ways of acting in the interior. Then, the attempt here
is, through the process of investigation and identification, to point out guidelines for new designs of Public Policies that favor the creation, production, diffusion and circulation of cultural goods of the interior of the State of São Paulo and also of the whole country.
