MIGRAÇÃO E EDUCAÇÃO: AMPLIANDO DIREITOS, GARANTINDO ACESSOS E QUESTIONANDO FRONTEIRAS

RESUMO
Nos últimos anos, políticas públicas e iniciativas diversas no Brasil tentam incentivar uma educação com vistas à diversidade e um currículo que reconheça a pluralidade dos saberes e das experiências. Este artigo pretende investigar, no âmbito de tais políticas que se pretendem inclusivas, qual é a importância e o impacto da Lei de Migração (Lei 13.445/2017), que completará um ano neste maio de 2018. A lei propõe uma guinada nas políticas públicas voltadas ao migrante, impactando num redimensionamento das ações institucionais do Estado, inclusive nas educacionais, ao promover uma educação social voltada aos direitos humanos e à diversidade, que visa combater o ódio e a exclusão.

ABSTRACT
In recent years, public policies and diverse initiatives in Brazil have tried to encourage an education with a view to diversity and a curriculum that recognizes the plurality of knowledge and experiences. This article intends to investigate, within the scope of such policies that are intended to be inclusive, what is the importance and the impact of the Migration Law (Law 13.445 / 2017), which will complete one year in May 2018. The law proposes a shift in public policies directed towards the migrant, impacting on a re-dimensioning of the institutional actions of the State, including in the educational ones, by promoting a social education focused on human rights and diversity, which aims to combat hatred and exclusion.
