V4SPORT – Volunteers 4 Sport

One of the organizers of Youth on the Move, a joint initiative by ISCA (Internacional Sports and Culture Association), UBAE - Unió Barcelonesa d’Activitats Esportives (Spain) and SESC Sesc São Paulo. The project brought together 30 young Latin-Americans and 30 young Europeans aged 18 to 30 and trained them on how to organize community events to promote sports and physical activity.

The experience brought by the partners, organizers and members of the Move Brasil and NowWeMove campaigns helped the project to obtain funding from the EU programme for education, training, youth and sport – ERASMUS+. Some of the topics addressed by the initiative were proactivity, sustainable activation, strategies for establishing partnerships, project management, volunteer prospection and management and communication.
